Shipping, Returns and Replacement
For product purchased through this web site, we use Australia Post to deliver items Australia wide from our warehouses. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange alternate delivery. Your parcel will be either deposited at the designated location or a collection notice will be placed in your mailbox.
Delivery costs to your designated location are listed on our website and unless included in a promotion, will be added to the purchase price.
Silenceair® International Pty. Ltd. will replace items that are faulty or damaged prior to removal from the packaging.
Please choose carefully. Silenceair® International Pty. Ltd. will not offer refunds. Should you purchase the wrong product for your application, please contact us to discuss if a substitute product is available.
Silenceair® International Pty. Ltd. will not replace an item if the wrong colour has been chosen.
Silenceair® International Pty. Ltd. will not replace an item removed from transparent packaging.
Silenceair® International Pty. Ltd. will not replace an item removed from cardboard packaging and bearing signs of attempted installation or damage due to mishandling subsequent to delivery.
Faulty or damaged product must be returned with the original packaging. To discuss the return of any item, please contact our office.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silenceair® International Pty. Ltd.’s liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition that cannot be excluded is limited at the option of Silenceair® International Pty. Ltd. to the replacement of the items and shipment of the items to the same location.
